Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. Therefore if the front headphones are selected the audio plays through them and cannot be heard out loud. Source: over 1 year ago
