I don't have a fancy camera for streaming. I used to use my Logitech webcam, which was fine, but when I finally got a decent iPhone, I was like the camera on this is amazing! Maybe try Reincubate Camo, a software to use the iPhone as camera which is independent of Apple's continuity. I used it on windows when working at home in 2020 and 2021 during pandemic, and it had quite good video quality superior to built in cam of my laptop. They have it also for MacOS. You don't say how old she is. There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year. However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program.
