I don't have a fancy camera for streaming. I used to use my Logitech webcam, which was fine, but when I finally got a decent iPhone, I was like the camera on this is amazing! So I decided to use that for live streaming. Camo makes it possible to do that, and it has plenty of niceties like zooming, watermarks, filters, etc. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
I've been using the Camo app for over a year. Works excellent. Even supports viewing the camera over wifi. No cable necessary. It is free for a basic account. Find it here: https://reincubate.com/camo/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
Just found a good one that works great with a cable connection: https://reincubate.com/camo/. Source: about 1 year ago
Maybe try Reincubate Camo, a software to use the iPhone as camera which is independent of Apple's continuity. I used it on windows when working at home in 2020 and 2021 during pandemic, and it had quite good video quality superior to built in cam of my laptop. They have it also for MacOS. Maybe it's compatible with your MacBook Pro. Source: about 1 year ago
I know you said you don’t want to use continuity camera but if you had an iPad or spare phone (doesn’t need to have a sim), you could use Camo. Source: about 1 year ago
I have tried to find resources (videos or websites) to understand the details of WINE (http://winehq.org) and how to get new applications to run with it, but have had no luck. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago

"WINE is not an emulator" winehq.org originally developed for Linux (I believe). Source: 12 months ago
No, it allows people to use Windows apps on Linux winehq.org you used to be able to play on Linux but roblox goes out of there way to block it and then says they will most likely not make a native Linux client https://devforum.roblox.com/t/proper-support-for-the-linux-platform/56544/112.
