Anyone else using GoGuardian and have Canva setup as an App with SSO-integration to Google? We have Canva configured to appear in the Google "waffle" menu as an option, set to sign in with Google SSO. It all works fine, except today for some reason it's failing, but only when the GoGuardian VPN/Proxy app is active in the browser (so for all our students and faculty). When I test with a system that doesn't have... Source: 9 months ago

I'm also curious because it seems like using a phone with no strings attached today seems almost impossible unless you get an actually old phone, which either works poorly or costs a lot as part of a retro collection or something. Even my iPhone 4S doesn't work if I boot it up, and that came out last decade. Of course, in terms of using a number for making a new account or subscription of sorts, one could still be... You can also take this poll over at bettor edge, and whichever team gets the most votes, will get an extra 5k donated to their respective charity (the loser will still get a 1k donation). So if you are so inclined, head over there and vote for the huskers and Team Jack. Right now we're losing 65% to 35% to the gophers on who should get the extra donation so vote if you can! Note they ask for a phone number to... Source: 11 months ago
To be very frank, I was also thinking that another reason people tend to use Whatsapp is that it’s not really tied to any actual account as in the case of iCloud, right? It’s just a phone number that’s required, and so if you want to stay private, or just log in with a fake account, you can use a free phone number for verification, just as you would do with some disposable temporary mail when you want to log in to... While searching for another way out, I stumbled upon a service called quackr.io. It claims to provide temporary phone numbers for registration confirmation purposes. Using fake numbers for app verification is quite tempting, and I read that it's a savior when it comes to website registration. Still, I'm unsure if it's worth the effort because I also read many claiming that temporary phone numbers don't work with... Source: about 1 year ago
