After a CRAPTON of searching before opening my store, I will heartily recommend the one I went with-- retail edge- you can do it as a one time purchase, but I do pay for support.. and it does (I do not use it) integrate with shopify for pricing/inventory/tracking of sales.... They have mainly been focusing on making Debian stable, so it's more about reading manuals than expecting user-friendliness from it.
