After a CRAPTON of searching before opening my store, I will heartily recommend the one I went with-- retail edge- you can do it as a one time purchase, but I do pay for support.. and it does (I do not use it) integrate with shopify for pricing/inventory/tracking of sales....   Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
