The fish oil I take is from care/of. It comes in my pack of vitamins. It also comes with some other ones but i’ve just been fishing out the fish oil ones and haven’t been consistent with the rest. Anyways I really recommend them if all the info i’m giving rn is super overwhelming I believe they can customize a special pack for you or you can customize them yourself and i’m pretty sure you can pick out all the ones... It might help to use a highlighting app, something like Weava (weavatools.com) which will store and collect your highlights off to the side of the text so you don't have to keep flipping through pages. Source: over 1 year ago
