This happens, sadly, if you don't do your homework. If you go with something like Chargemap or ShellRecharge you're going to have a bad awakening. If you want to be able to travel for cheap, go to Chargeprice and check the prices there. Also, look at EnBW for example, they have a good charging network support while keeping the costs at about 49ct/kWh, depends on the country you want to drive through. For the... There are low code database driven website creation systems out there at the moment e.g. OutSystems and Appian however they have very limited free trials (e.g. auto-disable after a few days of no use), and then the paid options are again too expensive. My concern however is - the working software isn't a generic language such as Java, C#/C++, Python etc. - it is with Appian (Business Process Management), which is a rather specific low-code platform for developing workflow and automation solutions.
