For the last few months, we've seen an issue where our statically generated pages at chatbooks.com would show a brief FOMC (Flash of Mobile Content) before rendering the desktop version. This won't help for posing existing characters and straight img2img, but I use justsketch.me's free web app to make poses for NAI's form lock feature. It works... fine. The body shapes usually start out kind of funky, but once you manage to generate something more human-looking, like this quick and lazy example, you can then form lock that and keep refining.
