Dialogflow CX is the most advanced dialog model with a combination of intents, events and a state machine for every flow. Also, the colors are a bit bright and (in my personal opinion, don't know your character) don't match well. There are plenty of sites that can give pretty decent palettes if you don't have anything specific in mind, and can filter for specific colors if you're in, say, a green mood.
