I help my mom all the time. She just bring up https://remotedesktop.google.com/ and then select the option to get help to generate a code. You just need to use chrome browser on another machine and enter the code. You should get a pop up asking for permission. Once approved you should be able to remotely control the Chromebook. 600 hours to build another screenshot editor? Which just adds some gradient and aligns the image? What are some differences between your product and the following free services? https://screenzy.io/ https://screenshot.rocks/ https://www.fabpic.app/ https://shoteasy.fun/screenshot-beautifier https://gemoo.com/screen-capture/ https://xnapper.com/ https://codeimage.dev/. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
No, it's taking a screenshot of the browser's content, then adding padding to the surrounding image, and letting you pick a colour for it. Screenshot Software like Cleanshot X and Xnapper have this feature built in, either as a default or as a customisable setting. They're basically making it unnecessary to use a third-party screenshot tool to achieve the same effect. Why would you want it? I have no clue.... Source: 7 months ago
Reminds me of https://xnapper.com/, except for code. I imagine some people might tweet snippets of code, and this makes the snippet look much more visually appealing. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
