If you're using iOS/Mac, then I strongly recommend Chronicle Pro as a bill organizer. I can tell by looking at some of my older payees (electricity, mortgage, etc) that I've been using Chronicle Pro since 2014. It lets you enter your bills, specify amount (variable or not), schedule (if recurring), and your income sources. Other options include EnjoyHQ, Aurelius, and Condens. Out of those 3, I tried Condens last year and gave up on it, because the transcription quality was sub-par. When we were considering which tool to use earlier this year, the video montage option and the ability to do the analysis fully from the tool swayed us, and we ended up picking Dovetail.
