Because it gives you good quality photos that resemble the model, and don't look like a picture of an overexposed plastic doll or 3d render. It does this at a reasonable price, without subscriptions. It also is quite fast as you can get your full results in less than 30 min (including training). Some other services are faster but they usually don't do a full model training and instead use "face swapping" technologies which often result in poor resemblance and/or quality.

US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. Also having a corporate entity (even an LLC) shields you from a lot of liability in the case of a bug or funds lost on behalf of users. You can use even an online service... Source: over 2 years ago
