US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. Also having a corporate entity (even an LLC) shields you from a lot of liability in the case of a bug or funds lost on behalf of users. You can use even an online service... Source: about 2 years ago

My dad uses [dad@123.com](mailto:dad@123.com) to send fax out on using myfax.com service. Recently, myfax is asking for SPF record and I am getting this error when sending email through Gmail or Outlook using the business email address. Source: over 2 years ago
Side note: There are free online fax services. The document is uploaded from your computer and faxed to the appropriate number. Scan the docs (if not already on the computer) with your phone. Save them to google drive or email them to yourself. Then use something like myfax.com or efax.com to fax them for free. Source: over 2 years ago
I don't know about that one, but I used myfax.com last year during the pandemic when I couldn't get out to a Pack N Ship type place. Easy to cancel before the free trial ended with a phone call, but they did keep trying to get me to keep the service. Source: about 3 years ago
