US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. There is an app called Pocket, also a Chrome extension which allows you to saves links and you can tag them to organise. If you use this on mobile, use the ‘share via’ on LinkedIn and you save to Pocket. That’s how I do it! Hope that helps. Source: over 1 year ago
