US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. They've even improved custom status pages to include an automatically signed certificate too, so you can make a site like status.yourdomain.com...
