  I find that reflecting on my experiences and going out of my way to really analyze the pitfalls and things done correctly helps a lot. I normally use coggle.it to mind map the whole experience overview and then which elements of the project seemed to be improvements and which parts where potentially poorly executed.   For how to actively distribute the newsletters if you go the email route there’s several services (unless you’re cool with just whacking everyone’s email into a BCC list and sending manually, of course) you might find Tiny Letter useful. It’s 100% free and intended for exactly this sort of content and handles important things like unsubscribe functionality. That said is does seem to require a postal address that...
