I used coinwink.com to create alerts for when a [can't say the word] goes above/below a specified price. However, I want something similar to this for stocks. I tried and failed. I manually went through hundreds of 10k/q's using bamsec.com to pull outstanding shares and then calculated it in Sheets by pulling price for the specific date. I factored in dilution if it happened between the 10k/q I was looking at and the date I needed market cap for. Sounds tedious but it wasn't too horrible using bamsec.
