  Or, use a recipe until you can observe when something is cooked.   Tasty.co I don’t know why I’m embarrassed to mention Tasty.co, maybe because of the buzzfeed connection…but a large portion of my 5 star recipes are saved from this website. Source: almost 2 years ago

  As for food, I am clueless, but maybe you can make a wonderful Steak Salad to go along with the bread rolls to have some balance between carbs, protein, and leafy greens?
