This is not a logo change. It's a corporate identity redesign with a whole slew of elements and - assuming the art director has done their job - a new design guide that uses the same typography, color palette (because someone apparently didn't listen to instructions on accessibility when they took their design degree), geometry rules, so forth. Also, the colors are a bit bright and (in my personal opinion, don't know your character) don't match well. There are plenty of sites that can give pretty decent palettes if you don't have anything specific in mind, and can filter for specific colors if you're in, say, a green mood.
