  • 10 niche mac apps for web developers
ColorSlurp is my preferred color picker. It too has multiple keyboard shortcuts as well as a bunch of other great little features to make it a well-rounded picker. And as a heavy Alfred user, I love that there is a heavy support for URL schemes so I can trigger a bunch of actions via external scripts. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Just got a Mac, what are some of your must-have apps and software to have on it?
Haven’t seen them mentioned yet but ColorSlurp is a slick colour picker and MeetingBar is an awesome meeting reminder tool that lives in your menu bar and gives you a quick prompt to join a Zoom/Teams/whatever meeting. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Designing for Serious Business - SpotVirtualHQ
A big part of my job is choosing colors that are easy on the eyes and won’t over stimulate. I suggest you choose neutral colors first and then add in slightly toned down branding colors trickled throughout the space. Another way to keep things toned down is to not create high contrast, for example whatever color your walls are, make window trims the same color to help blend it out. • Underrated MacOS applications and softwares
I don’t know whether everybody would benefit from this, but I know designers definitely will, and that’s an app called ColorSlurp, its a powerful desktop colour picker. I'm aiming to transcribe a piano composition for cello duet and in doing so am using a source file which was created in Musescore 2.3 or something, the file playback sounds fine on musescore.com but when I try to use the file (playback) on the musescore app (musescore 4), I cannot hear entire parts of the file (because the volume is somehow very low even though there is only one visible dynamic across both... • musescore.com not loading scores on firefox (desktop)
Is anyone else having this issue? musescore.com has been freezing for the past few days when trying to load scores. This is on firefox desktop, it works fine on every other browser, even on firefox mobile. Source: 7 months ago
  • Need to transpose guitar solo to trumpet solo
I.e., what everyone is saying is pretty simple with any notation program or DAW. Musescore will do the job, and is free. Source: 7 months ago
  • Piano Sheet Music for Suteki da ne
I was looking on musescore.com to listen to a really nice piano arrangement of Suteki da ne, but it seems to have been removed, and I did not save the sheet music to my computer! I was wondering if anyone has the sheet music saved somewhere. I really liked this one particular arrangement, and I was a fool not to save it. I don't remember who posted it on there originally.
