I'm working on Community Questions, which is Q&A plugin for Confluence Cloud. Think of it as Stack Overflow for Teams, but for companies that are using Atlassian suite. If you're not too far from Europe* then Koofr might come pretty close to your idea. 1TB "lifetime" 160 US$ ATM (less if you find a coupon they accept at checkout, many generic Stacksocial-Codes worked in the past). I'm a happy "lifetime" user of them, only disadvantage I discovered so far: They do not store creation date/time of folders, only of files. Source: 7 months ago
