I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but I got around Transmission automation by installing Sick Beard and CouchPotato, which downloads TV and Movies into different folders automatically. Making links in Transmission may be redundant. Source: about 3 years ago
I've used iAuditor from https://safetyculture.com/ in the past for site inspections/walkthrus pre-install. You could set up a form for maintenance visits. I'm not sure about integrating with your ticketing platform though. Might be worth a look. Source: over 1 year ago
