This is what I did....lots of flash cards. I used cram.com, but most sites work. I strongly suggest making your own, though. Don't put everything on them, just put the things you're struggling with. I used Cantrill's course, TutorialDojo's practice exams, and cram.com for flash cards. I used the practice exams to help me identify where I was weak, and I'd go back and study those topics in more depth. Also, whenever I got a practice question wrong (or right only out of luck), I made up flash cards with whatever bits of information I was missing that would have helped me *know* what the right answer was. ...
