Pour over is a lovely way to make coffee with light roasts. You can still save even with buying premium roasts. In our coffee e-commerce pursuits, we found a wonderful platform crema.co. It allows you to create a playlist and ship when you want. Not sure if Drink Coffee Do Stuff ships to Canada, but if they do definitely give them a try. I usually buy coffee beans as I've got a grinder, but I've also bought ground coffee for my Breville. I think that if the ground coffee is good quality it should be ok. I've used Illy ground coffee, but I'm sure you can buy some good ground coffee from a coffee roaster online and having it sent to your home. The huge problem might be the inability of most people on here to realize that theirs is not the only legitimate perspective but I guess you could be right.
