Pour over is a lovely way to make coffee with light roasts. You can still save even with buying premium roasts. In our coffee e-commerce pursuits, we found a wonderful platform crema.co. It allows you to create a playlist and ship when you want. Not sure if Drink Coffee Do Stuff ships to Canada, but if they do definitely give them a try. I usually buy coffee beans as I've got a grinder, but I've also bought ground coffee for my Breville. I think that if the ground coffee is good quality it should be ok. I've used Illy ground coffee, but I'm sure you can buy some good ground coffee from a coffee roaster online and having it sent to your home.
