Engage with every related channel, forums, and community. Spread the word as much as possible. But don't just spam there. Adding more value can increase your credibility. This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
