I hate pushing my opinion on folks (because I really do respect folks who want to be fully done and they're completely valid) but I really do think there should be at least some consideration to the waves or ethos.io proposals (or more due diligence since it seemed like Binance and a few other companies were involved). You absolutely need a logo that is more than just the letter T, which you've indicated you're already working on. If your designer doesn't come through, another way way to quickly create a decent logo is with this tool: https://looka.com/logo-maker/ .
