For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. It really depends entirely on the role. You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one.... Much like humans - some AIs aren't very good. Unlike checkers or Connect 4 chess isn't "solved": there's no existing AI or strategies that can win 100% of the time. Chess is just much too complicated for that, as the number of available moves becomes truly ridiculous as a game goes on. High level AI in Chess is very good, and barring some sort of time control espionage can't be beat by humans in any capacity. But... Source: almost 2 years ago
