Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one.... Even a google search for "athletic trainers [my town]" yields dozens of results in any sizable community, and there's lots of review and feedback components for these listings.
