  On a budget, I a would maybe recommend a 3 rtx 3060ti gpu rig to start. That is the first rig I have every built. Some great sources to use is youtube guides on building a rtx 3060 ti rig and cryptocompare.com's hash rate calculator. Basically if you were to use hiveos and mine Eth, you would need around 183MH/s. The rig before Gpu's I built came to about $1,200. I paid about $2,500 to $3,000 on two LHR cards and...   I also use Firefly (https://firefly-iii.org). If you're comfortable self-hosting, it's a nice option. There are importer tools for things like YNAB or CSV files from your bank. Source: over 2 years ago

  A https://firefly-iii.org self-budget instance treated like an ARG where community members post fictitious monetary tasks for wins and losses. Each account would be a player and after x amount of time, whoever has the highest amount of money in their account wins.
