On a budget, I a would maybe recommend a 3 rtx 3060ti gpu rig to start. That is the first rig I have every built. At work, I've used Notion, Mural, Miro, LucidChart, Quip, and many other collaboration-based knowledge systems. I never researched the best of personal knowledge systems until now.
