On a budget, I a would maybe recommend a 3 rtx 3060ti gpu rig to start. That is the first rig I have every built. I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt.
