We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions. Tried removing cookies, removing headers, using a simple url, checking if it redirects (it doesn't), checking if it has ssl issues (read somewhere it can be a cause), none, tried proxysite.com and it works as well. Source: about 1 year ago
