For managing meetings, Dato is a better date app for macOS. It's great for having multiple time zones in the address bar. I have my local time as well as UTC. You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines.
