For managing meetings, Dato is a better date app for macOS. It's great for having multiple time zones in the address bar. I have my local time as well as UTC. SmartBear TestComplete and Ranorex both offer 30-day free trials to try them out. Their suites make it easy to automate desktop apps, but licensing is expensive.
