1. Accelo (formerly Affinity Live): As of early 2016, Accelo had quietly integrate its PSA platform with Continuum, Kaseya and Logicnow — three well-known providers of RMM software for MSPs. Accelo has a growing focus on IT service providers, though I don’t have a feel for the company’s overall following among MSPs and VARs.

    As I'm getting my stuff ready to present to my attorney, I get an email from [postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com](mailto:postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com) that my email bounced due to security or policy settings at datto.com. What the....? For real? C'mon man. I print that email as well as the others, and head off to see my attorney. He looks everything over, looks at me and says "Are all vendors in your industry...     I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address.
