Cox is huge in the used car market. Not selling cars directly to consumers but if you do any shopping through kbb, autotrader, dealer.com or half a dozen other sites they're involved. Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough.
