I've never tried it but DeskGap lets you build a desktop app like Electron, but it uses your existing installed version of Chrome instead of bundling it's own Chrome engine inside the app so it keeps it much more lightweight. If you want to take all the guesswork out of it, Curology is a great introduction to skincare and it's fairly budget friendly. They'll send you a cleanser, treatment, and moisturizer. All you need to add is an SPF. Source: over 1 year ago

Curology is a great because if you want those fancy extras (niacinamide, trexanamic acid, azelaic acid etc) you can get them added to your multitasking tretinoin formula.
