I’ve used https://redokun.com/ which works nicely for collaborating with translators. Also, as you go, you will build a ‘translation memory’ which will accelerate future translation of same/similar phrases. Also, you can jumpstart your whole workflow with machine translation through Google translate, DeepL, etc. You might have to subscribe to a higher level tier for that, but it does work nicely.
