I am not sure how I would use Markdown and then add the content to the blog to be deployed and if that is going to be much harder than a headless CMS, I would go for the headless. It's Tremendous. It's sort of but not exactly a SaaS, because we don't have a subscription model, and so it's awkward in our sales flow to say that actually you need to subscribe to something.
