A lot of communities use [Discourse ](https://discourse.org). [LPSF](https://forum lpsf.org) migrated to it when Yahoo Groups was discontinued. We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 2 years ago
