Podbean is one I used for a long time. It is quite popular. I enjoyed it, but eventually moved to Disctopia. Disctopia is a newer player in the game, and may or may not suite you. I don't record and switch live. All the editing is done in post. I record via SquadCast, which records all participants locally on their devices, then uploads it to a cloud I can download it from when done. Source: over 2 years ago
