DisplayFusion, displayfusion.com, there is a free version without all the paid features. I've had it for years. I think it's $29 per pc or $44 for unlimited home use. Please do not try and make a false economy with medical translations. Oncology in particular is not a field where I would use a local service in VN. Searching Fivr or translate.com will just bring problems to you. Source: about 2 years ago
