There are lots of places where all you have to do is upload your music, and the website will distribute/release it across a ton of platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.) I've used a place called DistroKid to do it, but there are a few others out there that do the same kind of deal. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini.
