  Well yeah, I mean no one forces you to use Explorer for file management under Windows. I'm an old-time Norton Commander user, and when Windows came around I switched to Total Commander.   It doesn't sound as if you are as "wise" as you think. First, you should assume that any images you find online are protected by copyright. Images are not required to have a watermark or copyright notice for that copyright protection to be in effect.
