Drafts EvernoteThe app helps keep everything organized and is really easy to use. I’ve been using it for a while now, and I really like it.
If you're someone who likes to keep everything in order and easily accessible, you'll want to check out the Evernote app. This app is designed to help you keep track of all your notes, ideas, and to-do lists in one place, and it does so with style.
From my experience using the app, I found that it's incredibly user-friendly and has a sleek design. You can easily create notes, organize them into notebooks, and even add tags to make it easier to find what you're looking for later on. Whether you're a student trying to keep track of your class notes or a busy professional juggling multiple projects, Evernote has you covered.
The thing that I personally like about Evernote is that before I have used word as my note taking application, than on my smartphone I have had used Google Keep and so my notes were just unorganized mess. But with Evernote now I can have my notes at one place and unified. Also the fact that I can log to another device and my notes are "just there" is really nice. And also I like graphics user interface of Evernote.
Drafts might be a bit more popular than Evernote. We know about 75 links to it since March 2021 and only 66 links to Evernote. Interesting. I have almost the same workflow with https://getdrafts.com/ where I only take short notes and I have custom action which sets the creation date+time of the note as its first line. Finally, using Google Apps Script, I email myself a weekly summary of tracker/Todoist tasks completed with a comparison versus the previous week. It also contains a link to the graph that is published on the web. I also send this to Drafts using the mail drop feature. Source: over 1 year ago
When I want to take notes on something I'm listening to, like a book quote or a thought I have while listening, I stop and make a note right then. Obsidian is a multi-platform note-taking and writing app. Simple enough. But aren't there plenty of those around? Yes absolutely, but they each have downsides that I wasn't able to settle with long-term. With Google Cloud it was the difficult of linking between notes (this has improved since but it's still not quite what I want).
