If you like pathfinder stacks, check out Dropzone by Aptonic. Really nice menubar app that activates when you select and drag files. I found it to be way more useful than Pathfinder's stacks. Source: about 2 years ago

I use dbPoweramp suite of software, it includes PerfectTunes which has the ability to do the album art as a large batch of files. I think you can pay for perfectTunes separately. Anyway, it’s almost automatic , just have to double check it got the correct album art before fixing the files. Source: over 1 year ago
