Not at all, every situation is different. There are certainly conditions and requirements, but there is no "just because his family is Turkish" reasoning in a determination. That's illegal as it would be blatant prejudice and possibly racism. However if he travels too frequently without reasonable explanations then yes, that could be within guidelines for a denial. Like, creating a machine that manufactures one specific type of food is a solved problem. That's basically the entire packaged food industry. You can absolutely make a burger making machine, and even do it to the point that it can run with minimal human intervention. There's restaurants that do that now.
