  Not at all, every situation is different. There are certainly conditions and requirements, but there is no "just because his family is Turkish" reasoning in a determination. That's illegal as it would be blatant prejudice and possibly racism. However if he travels too frequently without reasonable explanations then yes, that could be within guidelines for a denial. There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year. • Best 7th grade math textbook?

  However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program.
